Personal Statement
My name is Elijah 'Bryce' Byrd. I am excited about transitioning into college. My goal is to become a Child Psychologist. I have a strong passion for helping children. What makes me different from other recruits is my eagerness to continually develop myself, being a team player, having a positive attitude, and a mindset that even on my best game I can still do better. I am confident, humble and I like to have fun. I love the game of basketball and I encourage my fellow team mates on and off the court. My skills and abilities extend further than the basketball court. I am a quick-learner and I am passionate about winning. I pride myself on my patience, growth and development. I currently serve on the National Honor Society. My grades are very important to me; therefore, I work very hard to maintain a favorable grade point average to continually be a part of the National Honor Society.
