Matthew Mitchell '20 Recruiting Profile

I’ve put myself in a position to be ahead of the game by becoming a member of the Collegiate Academy at Lakeview Centennial High School. I plan to receive my associates degree along with my diploma when i graduate from High school. My plan is to be 2 years ahead already so in 2-4 years i can achieve my bachelors or Masters. This should give me a lot of time to develop my game to it’s peak with a solid college team to pursue my dream. My determination and  competitive mindset pushes me to strive to be the best at all times. I strive under pressure, and push others to be their best as well. I have a true passionate love for the game, and i play with my heart. I love helping my team win, not only on the offensive side, but i love defense. I love to start the heat of the game by being that one lock down defender, stealing passes, pressuring on ball. I’m very athletic and fast, i use it to my advantage to assert myself to the basket or create my own shot. Im humble, and very isolated, I don’t like to be in the scenes a lot. I try to stay focused on my goals and live up to my purpose.
