Justin Matthews '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coaches, my name is Justin Matthews and I’m a 6’0” shooting guard in the Class of 2027 at Ray Braswell High School in Texas. I’m a dedicated student-athlete with a passion for competing at the highest level, both in the classroom and on the court. I’m known for my strong work ethic, coachability, and commitment to getting better every day.

As a guard, I take pride in my ability to score at all three levels, create plays for my teammates, and lock down defensively. I currently play for the Nike Houston Hoops AAU program, which has helped me grow my game against elite competition year-round.

My goal is to play college basketball while earning my degree in business. I’m looking for a program that feels like family, values discipline and accountability, and will push me to reach my full potential as a player and leader.
