Joshua Martinez '17 Recruiting Profile

I fell in love with the game at age 10.The first time i played was age 6 but really didnt take it serious.I dont know what hit me when I turned 10, but I was at Queens Park and I kept missing layups.It frustrated me so much that I told myself that im never going to miss again.From that point foward I took off.I went to the park everyday from 9am and wouldnt come home until 9pm because I was so hungry to become the best and still am.I would grab my backpack head to the park and just practice everyday on everything.It has truly paid of i now start on Varsity and have achieve many things,I dont let any achievements of mine make me think that im all that i stay humble,I listen to my coaches,most importantly believe in God. Im a great teammate that wants his team to get better too and have as much success.I have my teams back no matter what because I think of it as a FAMILY.In school I am A+ B+ student that is responsible for turning in my work on time and taking care of my business in the class. Im great to have on your team and school you will never have to worry about me being a problem in anyway because I am hardworking,coachable,respectful,and responsible.I will represent the school and team in no other way than postive.
