Scout Focus Camp
2014-15 HighlightsBasketball has been apart of my life for 9 years now. Out of all the sports I played growing up, Basketball was the most exciting and exhilarating of them all. Through all my ups and downs, good games and bad games, conditioning and weight room sessions I have progressed through. Basketball is still the sport I choose and love over all the rest of the other sports known to man. It has always been a life-long dream to play college basketball, earn my degree in my chosen major, then hear my name called in the NBA Draft to fulfill a dream come true.
My attributes include a quick first step, talking and communicating on the floor, diving on the floor and hustling for balls, and putting my team's needs ahead of my own. I lead my team by getting them involved in all aspects of the game, talking/cheering them up after a missed shot or mistake, and try my best to distribute the ball to them which ever way I can to put them in the best position to score. I'm very coachable, I gladly welcome coaching points and hints to help me get better each and every day I pick up a basketball. I am a hard, dedicated worker, who is pursuing his dream every day to be better than he was the day before.
When I'm not on the court, I am in the books for school to get my GPA higher and increase my class rank.I put school and grades before basketball, because without a good education, going to college and playing at the college level will not be possible. I attend local and national basketball camps.
I aspire to attend a college that fits my academics and skill sets. College basketball sounds like an exhilarating experience like no other, that I am striving everyday to rise to. I play basketball because I love the game. I would like to leave a legacy that would not only inspire people, but encourage them to never be discouraged by anyone to achieve a dream they have always wanted.
