Personal Statement

I am a hard and honest worker on and off the court. I like to put my 100% effort into everything I do. I know that success in anything including basketball requires sacrifice and I accept the challenge. Basketball is my tool to show what I offer as a person and it has helped me succeed greatly so far. I am always willing to learn and to be coachable because there is always room to get better.I take pride in doing the little things that will help my team win over boosting my own stats. I look to take the charge and make the extra pass because I believe in team basketball. My number one goal is to play college basketball and take my talents and effort as far as I can.

My team went 4-1 lost in the semis by 1. We were down by 9 at with 1 minute left, I drained 2 deep threes in that minute along with my teammate getting one, but time ran out and we had no timeouts left. Tournament averages were: 10.4 ppg/ 5.9 rpg/ 2.9 app/ 6 charges drawn.
