I truly love the game, sport, and art of basketball. I have been intensely passionate for the game of basketball for as long as I can remember. I don't ever see myself ever losing my desire and hunger to constantly make progress and improvements in my craft.
I have decided that I want to completely commit and dedicate myself to becoming the best basketball player that I can be and that begins with my performance at school. I am currently sporting a 3.91 GPA and I am always striving to reach the next level of all of my courses/classes.
I enjoy finding creative ways to make extra money, for example I sell various items that I have discovered around my house and I like to make some extra cash off of them. I believe that this "wheel and deal" mentality to always to make more money will translate to me always wanting more out of my development. I believe that this mindset will take me to great places with the game of basketball as well as later in my life.
On the court, I pride myself in always being the main leader on the floor, getting high quality shots for my teammates, and putting pressure on defenses with my slashing ability and pull up jumper. I also put great focus into doing what ever it takes to help my team win, weather that it is diving on the floor for a loose ball or picking up and communicating a blown assignment on defense.
Overall, I believe the trait that sets myself apart from most of the people that I am competing with is that I am very balanced which is displayed by strength in the classroom. On the court, I feel like the quality that separates me from my athletic peers is my unselfishness in wanting my teammates to succeed and reach their toughest goals. Though, the only way I can accomplish this is being the best overall player/person that I can be on a regular basis.
