Like millions of young athletes, I intend become a NBA Basketball player. However, I intend on having a law degree also. I have played basketball all my life, it is one of the most important things in my life. The gift has been something that I have been able to depend on when I am sad, or happy. This sport has allowed me to meet and learn so many things about life, and so many things about myself. I have this talent that comes so easy to me, and I want to share this with everyone who loves it. Basketball has made me to be a leader, and a team player. It has allowed me to stretch my mind and my body, even when I was not sure I could. It has given me the confidence to be strong even when I didn't want to. When it comes to this sport, I do not want to fail, so I drive harder and harder.
In my family, we love history. I love that the judicial system is based upon history, that is made into laws to protect and /or ensure the rights for everyone regardless of race, religion, and sex. I know a lot of people who need someone to stand up for them and be strong for them. I want to be that person, because someone stood up for me. I understand that without those men and women, I would not have this opportunity. I want to be a lawyer so that I am able to assist people who need help.
My academic and athletics skills will financially secure my education, and allow me to meet or exceed my goals.
