Blessings,
First off, I would like to thank you for using your time to view my athletic profile. Since I was at the young age of 5 I've loved the game of basketball. From the fundamentals to the flashy moves and tricks I loved it all! As I've continued to play the game, I have been noted to be an inspiring leader and player.I always have my priorities as faith, family, and basketball. These are the most precious things in my life and I would do anything to the best of my ability to make myself better and my teammates better.Learning and studying the game of basketball along with continuing to grow and develop academically and spiritually are priorities in my life.
One thing I had to decide when I first started off playing basketball was if I actually wanted to play the game. The answer was a definite yes! As I progressed in my skill, I had a much greater love and respect for the game and work that came with it. My work ethic is above and beyond what is expected of me. I am also as committed to learning off the court as I am on the court. I have a 3.5 gpa and I am deeply committed to volunteering in my community. I volunteer at a church food pantry in South Dallas on Wednesdays and I take part in many church plays and events around the metroplex. I sing in the Concord Missionary Baptist Church Youth Choir and Praise Team, act in the Concord Missionary Baptist Church Youth Drama Ministry, play lead guitar in the God Brothers band, member of the WHS Technology club, WHS Black Box Theatre. My ultimate goal in college is to learn and expand my knowledge of the game of basketball for the betterment of my school, my teammates, and myself.
