Justin Anderson '23 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing basketball since the age of 5 and truly love the game. I have been working toward my goal of  playing  at the collegiate level and getting a degree in business or a related field. I am an excellent shooter who can drive to the basket, make shots from mid-range and the three point line. As a point guard, I excel at quickly analyzing the defense and getting the ball to the most open teammate. I have a calm and steady personality which benefits me on the court. I believe in respecting coach and referee decisions and working hard. I am an excellent student with a 3.8/4.0 GPA. My senior year I will be taking four concurrent enrollment classes to get a jump start on my college education.

Since I was young, I played in local recreation leagues, then on a competitive team with Cache Valley Elite beginning when I was 10 and I still currently play with this club on the 17U team. I played on the Logan High School team my freshman, sophomore, and junior years, and will play as a senior next year 2022-2023. This year I have played with Cache Valley Elite 17U in the following tournaments and averaged 20 points per game.
