I have aspirations of becoming a great college basketball player with the correct college and coach. I would love to be able to learn the ways of the game in college and develop into a skilled player who can make it to the professional level. After I have finished my basketball career I would like to follow the path of being a coach and teach the game to future generations the correct way.
I have played basketball around Mexico City and the Dominican Republic for the first two years of high school. This is my first year playing in the United States and for the 5th ranked team in the nation Wasatch Academy. I play great competition every day in practice, facing against my teammates like Nolan Hickman, Pop Issacs, Brennan Rigsby, Robbie Armbrester, etc. Although I do not see much playing time on our national team I do perform extremely well on the non-national varsity team here at Wasatch Academy. I was able to lead my team in points and rebounds and we had a tough loss in our state championship game against number one seed Layton Christian.
I am looking forward to my senior year where I can further develop my skills so I can become the best player I can be. I will also be playing AAU this summer with DoItBetter Basketball (CA) looking forward to earning athletic scholarships. I have big aspirations for college basketball and all I want is a coach that will believe in me and let me play my game.
I am also a 4.0 GPA student averaging all A's throughout this school year and I am looking forward to major in sport management, business, or sports communication.
