Everyday, I wake up and I think about what I need to do at the gym today to improve. I know I still have a lot of room to get better on the court. But I LOVE the game and I HATE losing. There is nothing that I would rather work hard at than being a better player. I love being the go-to guy when my team needs points. I definitely want the ball in my hands when the game is on the line. Everyday I work on perfecting my ball-handling, playing better defense, shooting, and improving my overall athleticism.
In terms of academics, I was diagnosed with dyslexia and ADHD when I was 6. Despite those conditions, I have not steered away from taking tough AP/IB classes at two of the top-ranked public high schools in the country. I haven't made A's in those classes, but I have improved my study skills and my ability to advocate for myself so that I can succeed. I am very proud of my overall GPA of B- given my learning differences and the academically rigorous schools that I have attended.
