Jordan Lenard '14 Recruiting Profile

Basketball been has a huge part of my life since I was 6 years old.  My passion for the sport has grown over the years and I have used my experience to grow and improve in all aspects of the game.  I have always played with my school teams, swinging varsity as a sophomore, and starting on Varsity this past year as a Junior in a 4A school.  In the offseason, I have played on various AAU teams, including Touch of Class in my earlier years, D1 Ambassadors WA last year, and I am currently playing for VanPort Dynasty.  I cannot imagine my days of basketball ending after high school and therefore aspire to continue playing in college.  I plan to attend college after my senior year and hope to find a school that will match my academic goals and hopefully provide a basketball program I can continue to excel at.  I work very hard year round at building my body strength and playing 12 months of the year. I have seen myself grow both physically and mentally in the sport this past year and look forward to a great senior year playing varsity for my high school.  To earn income when not playing basketball or studying, I have been refereeing youth basketball leagues games for three years now.  Refereeing has provided me with additional insight to the game.  I have a strong court sense and am continually looking for ways to improve all aspects of my game.  I would love the opportunity to meet with college coaches to see if I am a good fit for their program.  I believe I am highly coachable, a leader on the court to teammates, a hard worker, and maintain a positive attitude at all times.  I look forward to seeing what the future might hold for my basketball career.  If you would like to see more information about me, please look at my website, www.jordanlenard.com.
