Basketball is in my blood. My dad was on the '99 Gonzaga Elite 8 basketball team and my brother also plays college basketball. My goal is to play basketball at the highest level possible. I want to be the guy that everyone talks about who will do anything to win and make his teammates better. I am always the first one in the gym and the last one out. I am fearless on the court and a leader by the example I set, as well as vocally. I am a high character kid who is fun and social, but my focus is to put my head down and work. My IQ and feel for the game is unmatched. I shoot the ball at a very high clip and get my teammates involved to make everyone around me better.
I have always been a big contributor on my AAU teams, but I had to learn to play in a different system in my high school program. I didn't get as much playing time as I had hoped my sophomore year, so I worked hard to make critical adjustments to earn my place on the court. I gained a new hunger for the game, a deeper understanding of different coaching styles, and my defense improved drastically which became a huge factor that I believe will help me significantly at the next level.
