I have always played sports and until my freshman year I played Football, Soccer, Baseball, Basketball and I also wrestled for one year where I qualified for the Iowa state tournament. My freshman year I decided that I wanted to focus on basketball as that was my real passion. My stepfather is in the Army and we have lived in Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Iowa and now we currently live in La Crosse Wisconsin. In September of 2018 I will start my Senior year at La Crosse Central High School. I was a Varsity starter for the Pebble Hills Spartans in El Paso, TX for the last three years. I have maintained a 3.3 GPA or better throughout my high school career and will continue to do so. I understand how important it is to be more than just an athlete.
Due to my dads military moves throughout my life I have been forced to adapt quickly to new places, teams and coaching styles and still find a way to make a positive impact on the team. I have worked hard to establish a reputation of integrity and trust with my teammates and carry that same leadership and example off the court. I am involved in my local community and most recently helped raise money to provide a therapy pool for a young girl in my youth group. I also volunteer as a 3-on-3 coach for our local elementary schools annual youth basketball tournament.
I am extremely self-motivated and I know that I can make a positive impact on any team that I might play with. My plan is to attain a bachelors degree in business management and one day start my own clothing line.
