Carsten Freeburg '26 Recruiting Profile

Hey coach! I am a 6 foot 165 pound Junior shooting/Point guard out of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. It has been a dream of mine ever since I can remember to play basketball at the next level and perferbly at the most competative level possible. I am wired to be a winner and I strive for greatness. This has been instilled in me since I first picked up a basketball. Things that set me apart from the rest of the pack are definitely things such as my work ethic. I’m a gym rat and love putting in work whether that’s lifting weights, getting shots up every chance I get or working on any aspect of my game or athletic ability. I am a three sport athlete competing on both side of the ball in football and was a First team All-state and First team All-Confrence Quarterback. I was also named the MVP of the state championship football game and named Laramie county football player of the year. I Long jump, triple jump, and high jump in track, and of course basketball. I ended my Junior season being chosen as First team All-Conference, All-State and All-Laramie County 1nd team, along with that being named Laramie County basketball player of the year. I have big goals for next year!
