I used to do trampoline and tumbling before I tried diving. I did T&T for about 5 years and that gave me a good foundation to try diving, all of my siblings were swimmers and 3 of 4 swam in college. Im currently working on upgrading my front triple twist into a quad, I’ve gotten to about 3.75 twists
