I am currently in Grade 11 at West Point Grey Academy in Vancouver, Canada.
I played various sports when I was younger, including soccer, basketball, swimming, and badminton. However, when I was five years old, I had my first golf lesson and immediately fell in love with the game. With so many sports to choose from, I decided to focus entirely on golf, dedicating all my time to practice.
I have always loved the game of golf and have been competing in tournaments for several years. Since I first started, I have practiced consistently and worked hard to improve. I have been playing in tournaments for over six years, and the experience has been invaluable.
Currently, I belong to two teams: the Hong Kong Golf Association and the West Point Grey Academy varsity golf team. I am presently the varsity team captain and have held this position for the past two years. I have organized outside practices for the team during the off-season and have coordinated players for school competitions when needed.
I have always valued my academics as well, taking tutoring classes and studying diligently for the SAT, which I plan to complete by June 2025.
In the future, I aspire to join a Division I university golf program in order to further develop my skills, compete at a higher level, and continue pursuing my passion for golf.
I consider myself a kind, humble, and trustworthy individual who is eager to continue growing both academically and athletically at the collegiate level.
