Ever since I picked up a golf club I wanted to be part of a team. I want a group of friends who have my back and know that I have theirs. I am a natural born leader and I enjoy working with my peers, so therefore I know for a fact that I will be a perfect candidate for college golf. Everyday I train hard on the range and in the gym, but still manage to stay at the top of my class. I can handle myself in tough situations and I am a problem solver. All of my hard work in both academics and athletics is hopefully going to lead to my participation in college golf. I aspire to lead my team and hopefully compete in many of tournaments. While growing up I have learned one thing, challenges only make a person stronger. Of course I expect to encounter many obstructions throughout my journey to college golf, but what drives me forward is the thought that I am only getting better and stronger. Throughout high school I have taken a rigorous course load and participated in my desired extra curricular activities; I can only do this because I know how to manage myself. I can balance everything that goes on in my life and find a way to succeed. With my problem solving abilities, optimistic attitude, and my internal desire to succeed in whatever I do; I believe that I would not just be a successful golfer on your team but that I will elevate the rest of the team to their maximum potential.
