Cy Storlien '18 Recruiting Profile

    I am completely dedicated to this sport. I take crucial time away with my friends to practice the game that I love. These next two years of high school are going to be the most memorable moments on and off the course. I will compete at my highest skill through out these high school seasons. As well as in other tournaments such as GTJGA and FJT and hopefully participating in AJGA. Although golf is important to me, school comes first in the view point in recruiting. Having a good education is great later on in life, it can open new gates never thought of before. 

    Along with having the great honor of being apart of a college, there is a huge commitment to every aspect. That includes, athletics, and more importantly academics. Being very coachable in golf is great for trying to improve. I see it as, if you are coachable, the opportunities are endless. To continue, being a great teammate is very crucial in any sport. In golf it provides a positive atmosphere when all the teammates are getting along. This leads to greater playing and winning championships.
