I take great pride in my hard work, practice routine, and nearly daily playing at my home course, the Atlanta Athletic Club. I have been working with my PGA swing coach on a weekly basis since I was 10 years old, and I am confident that my best competitive golf is ahead of me! I've had some good rounds in recent (summer 2023) tournaments that show me I am capable of shooting my best scores while under competitive pressure. My work ethic and quickly improving golf game would make me a valuable asset to your program. I will work hard in the classroom and on the course, and am not interested in partying. I try to serve as an encouraging and positive role model to the younger junior golfers at my club. I am fortunate to have a very supportive family who I am grateful for, both on and off the course.
Favorite experience from Summer 2023: My qualifying round for the GSGA Georgia Amateur, shooting even par 71 to make alternate status. While I ultimately did not get in the field of the Georgia Amateur, playing in a field of 65 that included many college golfers and beating all but 10 of them is proof to me that my game is ready for the next level.
