Bode Eacret '27 Recruiting Profile

My journey with golf started later than many.  I have been a competitive baseball player since I was young and began playing golf in middle school.  While I still play baseball, golf has become my primary sport with a focus of leading my high school team and earning the opportunity to play in college.  My passion for golf has led to early success yet I know I have only scratched the surface of where I can take my game.

Through hard work and dedication, my game is improving rapidly.  I have been a varsity golfer since my freshman year and recently finished my sophomore season being named my team’s Most Valuable Player.  The season was highlighted by qualifying for the Idaho State Tournament as an individual medalist and leading my team to a district championship.   I was also recognized as a scholar athlete.

In the classroom, I work hard and maintain a high GPA.  I am an active member in my community volunteering at youth golf and baseball camps as well as local nonprofits.  I am a leader and always like to see myself and others improve.

Finding a college where I can grow as a student and play competitive golf is my main focus. Earning a business degree at a school I love while competing in golf would be a dream come true.
