Alex Bond '21 Recruiting Profile

Getting into a college of my top choice and playing on a collegiate team would be an honor.  My academic achievements are a result of hard work and determination.

I would make a good candidate for any team because I started practicing golf at age 7 in Pinehurst, North Carolina.  I played three years with the high school golf team in Stuttgart, Germany.  To continue developing my skills, I take private lessons with a PGA pro at a local golf course in Germany, private lessons with a Senior PGA pro in Pinehurst, North Carolina, and participate in local golf camps and activities.

As a military teen who has lived abroad on three continents, traveling around the world has given me the ability to adapt to changing lifestyles, environments, languages, and cultures. Treating others with respect, being open-minded,  and reliable are all part of being a team player and are great life skills.
