Hi, my name is Hayden Hah and I am seventeen years old. I am born and raised in Malaysia. I am the youngest of three siblings and I am raised by my wonderful parents who have been really supportive of my hobbies and passion from the start. Growing up, I was privileged to be given the opportunities to try new hobbies and sports, which includes playing the drums, trying badminton, golfing and other extracurricular activities. I know not all individuals are brought up with this same privilege which is why I am grateful for the sacrifices my parents have to make to help me find my passion. It took awhile but I finally found my true passion, which is in the game of golf. It was not difficult for me to fall in love with this game as my Dad is a golfer himself. I grew up watching him prepare for his weekly rounds of golf and him practicing his putting at home on the putting mat .My dad is and will always be my role model which makes in natural for me to follow in his footsteps. My dad had also been instrumental to my success in this sport. He has invested so much time and resources to help me be successful in this sport. I started playing golf when I was ten but never really took it seriously until I was around the age of fourteen. Since then, I have had multiple opportunities to represent my state of Johor in the sport and I have been successful in various tournaments that I participated in. In return the game of golf has taught me the value of patience, endurance and persistence. It has opened many avenues in my life and given me many opportunities. I hope that it can give me the chance to play and study in the United States as it has been my dream to do so since young .
