Personal Statement

My name is Paul Gomes and I am in the class of 2026 at Walter Johnson High school in Bethesda, Maryland. I started golf around fall of 2020 and I've been working hard ever since. I am constantly practicing to improve my game and I'm actively trying to compete in more tournaments. I always make sure to keep my academics up in balance with my athletic work and I do what I can to get the best results in both fields. I currently have a 1.6 GHIN Handicap and a 4.77 weighted GPA. I am and will continue to work hard to improve both of these numbers.
