Devon Gagne '15 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Devon Gagne and I'm a Junior at Port Huron High School with a dream to play college golf.                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

I started golfing my Sophomore year of High School where I excelled quickly at the game. I received a All-Conference Academic award along with Most Improved on the team. The following year (Junior year) I received another All-Conference Academic award along with Most Improved, Lowest Tournament score, and bringing home Big Red of the Year.                                                                                                                       

Recent and past summers I have been on the golf course 8 hours a day working on my swing and practicing what I need to work on. My game has improved by 7 strokes the last year and its only going to get lower.  My lowest 18 hole match was 82 shot at Black River Country Club.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

My areas of educational interest are in the study of Law.  I am open to all college options.  Ultimately, I look forward to finding the right college that is a good fit both in the classroom and on the course.
