I believe that the an ideal golf team recruit should possess the following traits and characteristics: A strong work ethic; willingness to be coachable; confidence in self but also the ability to learn from others; the physical and mental fitness to compete. People, who know me, see a person with the drive and determination to succeed. They also have seen me demonstrate the physical and mental toughness to overcome adversity such as the injury that ended my “second love“ baseball ambitions. I love enjoy competing no matter how tough the course or the competition and have found that I love the team aspect of golf. It is very motivating to know what score is needed to help the team succeed.
