I believe that the an ideal golf team recruit should possess the following traits and characteristics:

A strong work ethic; willingness to be coachable; confidence in self but also the ability to learn from others; the physical and mental fitness to compete; the ability to distinguish between actual strengths and opportunities for improvement; self discipline to be on time, focused and consistently completing more than just the required work, and integrity and strength of character to always be trusted by the coach, team and others.

My academic goals include: to be a life-long learner; to capitalize on key opportunities to learn from coaches, professors, teammates, students, and others inside the classroom and outside; to maintain a high level of measurable performance; and to prepare myself to successfully compete in the business world.

People, who know me, see a person with the drive and determination to succeed. They also have seen me demonstrate the physical and mental toughness to overcome adversity such as the injury that ended my “second love“ baseball ambitions. I love enjoy competing no matter how tough the course or the competition.
