Michael Avallone '26 Recruiting Profile

    Hello, my name is Michael Avallone and I am a Junior at St. Joseph by the Sea High School in Staten Island, New York. From the moment I touched a golf club I knew that I uncovered a game that I was truly passionate about. Ever since the game of golf entered my life I have never looked back, and always focused on how I can become a better player. Throughout my experiences with golf I have learned that there are no shortcuts to success, and that one must remain patient and dedicated if they want to better themselves. I use the lessons that golf taught me not only to help better by game, but to also help succeed in the classroom. As a young man who loves the journey, I know that I will continue to work hard and never settle, in order to fulfill my dreams of playing college golf. I look forward to attending a college where I can both grow as a college golfer who plays an important role on the team, and as a student, where I can expand on my knowledge.
