Personal Statement

I am a very athletic and studious student. I keep my average in the 90% (3.9+ gpa) while working hard in various sports. I caught on to the game of golf pretty late, in 2021. However, since then, i have been showcasing my dedication and athleticism to the game of golf. I am now a +0.5 handicap who competes at a high level after only 3 years of golf and my progression is very clear. I want to compete at the highest level while being apart of a great academic program.

  • It was supposed to be a 2-day tournament. After the first day, I shot a 74 (2 over) which got me into second place, 2 shots behind the lead. The next day, after 5 holes, I was only 1 shot behind the lead and 5 shots ahead of 3rd place. Unfortunately, due to the weather, the last day of the tournament had to be canceled.
