I grew up in a small city in Ontario called Guelph. I was raised on hockey and soccer, ever since the young age of 6, I was playing AA hockey during the winter and travel soccer during the summer. I learned many valuable lessons from these team sports that I have brought along with me into my love for golf. For example goal-setting, initiative, fair play, and the proper attitude.
I first started golfing when I was 14, and it was always that one-shot that kept me coming back the next day. Then that one shot started to happen more and more each time I played, and I fell in love with the game. I was fortunate to start playing competitive tournaments in 2021 which I am very thankful for. The emotions, pressure, and challenges that I encounter during a tournament are what I strive for. I have effectively kept myself at a 3.3 GPA throughout my busy golf schedule. I work two part-time jobs so I am able to contribute some of what I earn towards golf.
Golf is a sport of confidence, honesty, and patience. It has taught me to practice these traits in my everyday life. I have more confidence in myself and I know that I will succeed. I am honest even when the truth hurts. I am patient with those around me no matter how annoyed I may be. My name is Peter Wojcicki, and golf is my passion. My goal is to continue my love and aspirations for golf at a competitive college level. I would be a huge addition to your golf team in many different ways. For example leadership, the correct attitude, and always giving it 110%. All while posting scores, and most importantly being a well-rounded representative of your school. My goal is to acquire a proper education that allows me to learn about professional golf management and business adminastration.
