My Name is Zachary Seader, I currently live in San Antonio TX, and golf is a part of me. I have had many different experiences, including moving 6 times in my 16-year life all over the U.S. and even Canada. I started playing golf when I was about 5 years old living in Indiana and it was the sport that I carried with me through my moves and life changes. When I was 13, living in Canada I got my first lessons with the head pro at my home course. I worked with him for a year and a half and maintained constant improvements in my game and as a person. I played in my first tournament there and came 2nd in the Jr. club championship. In Canada, I was not able to participate in high school golf as covid shut down all sports at my school. I later moved to Chicago when I just turned 15 and started getting lessons from TPS (Tour Player Service) which improved my game tremendously. I got to play on my high school golf team as a sophomore playing in JV and Varsity tournaments winning 2, 1st places along with winning our district event as a team. The summer of my sophomore year is when I started playing in IJGA events. I played 9 events with a scoring average of 77.24. The amount of experience I received in tournament golf was immeasurable. This leads to where I'm now, playing golf for Smithson Valley HS with much more golf to play and many more life-changing experiences.
