Personal Statement

Ever since I started golfing at the age of 5, I have always dreamed of playing golf in college and being a successful golfer.  I am a good candidate because I have a strong academic background with much success and my golf game continues to improve each season.  I feel that I am coachable and want to continue to improve my golf game.  I am different from other recruits because I am dedicated to being successful in the classroom and on the golf course.  I have been involved in many other activities, both athletic and co-curricular throughout my high school career, which means I am well rounded and know how to balance many tasks and use my time efficiently.  To be able to golf at the college level would validate the hard work that I have put in on the golf course and in the classroom.
