Hello,

My Name Is Keane Reid

          I'm originally from Toronto, Ontario but now I live in Lethbridge,  Alberta. I will be playing for Lethbridge United who are in the JPHL this  2024/2025 season.

 I played with the U 17 AAA  Lethbridge Headwater Hurricanes in  2022/23, This was a season of ups and downs but i was able to register two shootouts. 

 The year before that I played for the U18 AA  Lethbridge Hounds Alberta for the  2022/2023  where we went to the simi finals and lost with two mins left in the 7th period making it one of the longest game in SCAHL history. That was one of the most exciting games i have ever played in. The stadium was packed and the pace was fast with shoots on net 89 for Medicine Hat and 79 for Lethbridge.     

In 2021/2022  I played for the U15 Pilot Mound AAA Buffalo's in Manitoba. I am very lucky to have parents who are helping me with my dreams of getting to the next level in my hockey career. I left home at 14 yrs old to add to my experiences. The move was a great experience and I was very privileged to be play for GM Rod Collins , Goalie Coach Gordie Tumilson.

I am attending the Weyburn Red Wings JR A  camp the weekend of Aug 30-Sept 2,  

I was able to attend The Spruce Grove JR A spring camp, it was a great experience and i learned a lot. I was then invited back to the main prospect camp.

 I was one of 32 goalies invited to attended the Hockey Alberta Elite Goalie Development and Showcase Camp. June 17,18,19  2022  in Calgary Alberta with Matt Weninger. It was a fantastic camp with goalie coaches From WHL and NHL.

 I was one of 32 goalies invited to attended the Hockey Alberta Elite Goalie Development and Showcase Camp. June 9,10,11  2023 in Calgary Alberta with Matt Weninger. It was a fantastic camp with goalie coaches From WHL and NHL.

Also attended GDI goalie camp in Lethbridge Alberta Aug 2-5th 2022.

 I attended McGuire Goaltending School in Toronto 2019. I attended HPH goalie camp in Lethbridge AB. I attended Hockey Alberta goalie camp coached by Matt Weninger this season. I was supposed to attend Eli Wilson goalie camp in Calgary AB but due to Covid 19 it has been moved to May 2022. I also worked with the goalie coaches from S.A.G.A. Goaltending Academy. I will also be attending GDI in December 2021. 

I started playing goal when I was 7-years-old in Lethbridge, Alberta. playing House league for my first year and ever since then I've been playing tier hockey.  My most memorable  game was when  my team and I won the championship game after double over-time and a shootout where I made the last save it was a fantastic feeling.

MVP player of the year for my team,  Peewee AA Lethbridge Hurricanes coached by Travis Coleman. 

Bronze in Javelin in High School 2022.

Just won award grade 10 honor  role 2023.

Just won MVP of a game in the Logan Boulet U17 AAA Tournament.
