I stepped on the ice for the first time in a learn to skate class and on November 9, 2013 and have played hockey ever since improving every step of the way. I started out in house league out of Ice Den Scottsdale, then I played for AHSHA D2 O'Connor my sophomore year, my junior year I played on the AHU U17 Silver Knights. Unfortunately, there were not enough players to field an U18 team out of the west valley with AHU this year so I am playing high school hockey again with the Mountain Ridge D2 team. I set goals and then work hard to achieve those goals in both my academics and hockey. I don't quit once I attain a goal, I make a new goal and work hard to reach the next level. I plan on attending college after high school earning a degree in Chemical Engineering.
I was awarded the Community of Character and Courage Award by the Deer Valley Unified School District for taking a health class project and turning it into a community hockey equipment drive for the organization, Defending the Blue Line. I was also selected as the 2016 HOBY Ambassador for my school.
