Vincent Leonardo Gayatin '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Vincent Gayatin. I am from Santa Clarita and I play for the Santa Clarita Flyers Club/Program. I started playing hockey since I was 5 and now, I have been playing hockey for a little more than 9 years now. One of my biggest dreams is to play hockey professionally. My main position I play on the ice is center. I think being a center has lots of responsibilities and I like having those responsibilities because I think it makes me grow to be a better hockey player. I would make a good candidate for a team because I am competitive, a leader, confident, and I try to have a good mindset whether that would be with my teammates, coaches, etc. I think something that makes me unique from all the other recruits is my character. I have the grit and determination to always get better no matter how hard the challenge is. I don't back down from things that are challenging and I try to do the best I can from start to finish.
