Tommy Lang '20 Recruiting Profile

Hello. My name is Tommy Lang. I am a 15-year-old freshman at Huntington Beach High School in Huntington Beach, California.

I have played ice hockey for almost 3 years now, and bot my love for the sport and my skills are quickly and constantly improving. Along with High School Hockey, I play club for the California Wave 16AA1 team. My teammates and coaches on both my High School Varsity and Club teams have considered me to be a great leader, which I take much pride in.

One thing that I believe I can bring to a team is my size. At 6'3, I am one of the tallest players on the ice. Along with my size, I have a hard and accurate wrist shot and snapshot. However, most of my points come from assists. I have great vision on the ice and always find open lanes to my teammates.

Above all, I believe that my determination and winning mentality is what helps me become a great player. Even in an 8-1 loss, I still don't give up. I am very determined to achieve my dream of making a college team, and I won't let anything get in the way of it.
