I am a first generation immigrant from Mexico, now playing and living in San Diego. Throughout my life, my mother and father have always worked hard to provide for the family, even with a language barrier at one point and financial struggles. Despite all of that, both my parents pursued their educations and supported me the entire way. Now I am recently graduated, l with a passion for hockey, loving the sport and the growth that comes with it. Despite my short time playing, I have taken many opportunities to step up my level, off and on the ice. Development is paramount to me, and I am willing to take chances, despite risk, in order to learn and better myself. I was a Fire Cadet for the San Diego Fire Department and understand the importance of confidence, teamwork, and tenacity very well. Bettering others around me is something I love and I find to be essential to a team. My work ethic follows the ideas of see a job do a job, and you cannot beat someone who never gives up.
