Liam Hernandez '28 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing hockey since I was six years old. Every hockey player's dream is to play in the NHL, and after a few years of development I have seen that college hockey is a key stepping stone to develop not only as a hockey player, but also as a person.

I have led teams in the past as a captain and non captain as a person and teammate who strives to put their best foot forward. I am very coachable and competitive, which makes me strive to out work everyone else on the ice. I like to not only push myself beyond my limits but also my teammates. 

I always try my best with academics and have maintained pretty good grades. There are some areas were I struggle and some areas that almost come naturally and that I enjoy.  

I am involved in a good church community and youth group that allows me to have something that I enjoy but also can relax and chill.

I want to attend a college where I can push myself to be the best in the classroom and on the ice. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible.
