Peter White '23 Recruiting Profile

Living outside of the Chicago area, choices are limited for me to play. I played most of my club career in Rockford, IL so I could still dedicate time to my schooling and working while playing hockey. In 2021-2022 our club did not have an 18U team, so I played for the Madison Capitol team, about 75 miles from home. In 2022, Rockford again had an 18U team, so I finished my senior year playing at home. I continue to dedicate myself to my studies, and also continue to work on and off the ice to better my game. 

I have dedicated most of my time to hockey. I also work for the Rockford Park Disctrict as a hockey and learn to skate instructor. I also run off-ice programs for the Rockford Hockey Club during the season and referee youth hockey games.

I hope to play some junior hockey, prior to selecting a college to attend. I have a strong academic background and hope after a year a two of junior hockey, I will be an asset to a college in both academics and for their hockey program.
