Joshua Olson '19 Recruiting Profile

I would describe myself as a Playmaker Power Forward.

I'm gritty in the corners and I'll work in the corners and come out with a pass to an open man on my team. 

I have become quite good at the reverse check, and I am not scared to get hit or give a check. 

I pride myself on getting back into my teams end on the back check, and I do not slack off when I am on the ice. I go as hard as I can for those 30-60 seconds.

I have grit and determination.  I like to be vocal on the bench and I believe in a positive attitude to help both myself and my teammates strive for success. 

I work hard both on and off the ice.  During the offseason I continue to work on my physic and maintain top performance. 

I'm passionate about hockey and it is a goal of mine to continue to play hockey while working on a degree.
