Russell Mackrell '25 Recruiting Profile

I am probably like most student athletes using NCSA. I am hard working at both school and hockey. My family and I have made a lot of sacrifices for me to play at an elite level and consider myself a great team mate on and off the ice. I am lucky because I haven't had too many hurdles that stood in my way in order to train, study and compete, but it doesn't make me any less hungry than others that have. 

I have had to work hard to achieve the grades I get and develop into the goalie I am today, and hope to continue learning both on and off the ice at a school that offers a great fit.
