I have done the Stride Envy camps since 2010 when they were first established. The past couple summers I have done the long term development program all summer with them. From 7 to 5 I would be at the rink. This past year I was a junior counselor at the camp and I will be one again this coming summer.

I started Shelby Trained last summer, and it was definitely a hug change. I learned how to lift safely and correctly, along with full regular workouts. Just from that training, I grew to enjoy lifting and training so much more.
