Ryan Dumont '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Ryan Dumont. I am 5’10” 140lb, left defenseman from Berwick Maine. I've had a dream of playing D1 college hockey since I started playing when I was 5 years old. I am willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish this goal. I play for my high school team, the MNTS Knighthawks, and was a starter my freshman year. I also played in every game as a Freshman. I started junior, and senior year. I also played for the Maine Wildcats last Fall. I am now a Senior at Noble High School in North Berwick, Maine. I plan on playing Tier 1 or Tier 2 Junior hockey my Junior or Senior year of high school. I consider myself an unselfish player, that grinds every time I hit the ice to become a better player. Many accomplishments I’ve had in the past are with my Granite State Wild PeeWee Major team.  We won the CanAm Tournament in Montreal, and also in that same season, won the Tier 2 New Hampshire State Championship. Another award that I am most proud of receiving, is the sportsmanship award, which was voted on by my coaches and teammates. I received this award while playing for my middle school team. I also just received the Defenseman of the Year Award.
