Zachary Buffone '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Zachary Buffone. I am in 10th grade(Freshman) and I go to school and play hockey at Pope Francis Preparatory. I played for varsity, and we just got back from High School Nationals is Dallas. In the offseason I play for the Springfield Rifles beast team. I am a good candidate for your team because I am a puck moving defensemen who goes up into the play when I need to, and rushes the puck. I like to play pretty physical too. I am more of a playmaker and not a goal scorer.  I also understand the things coaches are teaching and use them in the games. I also strive to be a student athlete. This is important because without good grades you can't go as far as you want, you have to work hard in both the classroom and on the ice, not just one or the other.
