I have had multiple goals where I've worked hard to achieve them One of those goals is to attend a college that will challenge me academically and give me the true college experience. I have excelled in math since elementary school and continue to do well in it every year. Mathematics comes very easy to me, and it has always been one of my favorite classes. The other goal that I have is to attend a college where I can play college hockey. I have been playing hockey since I was six, and throughout the years have played both forward and defense. I started playing as a defenseman but made the switch when I was eleven to right wing. Currently, I am a player who mostly plays forward but will play defense on the penalty kill and when needed. I think this will benefit me playing college hockey because it gives me the ability to move around where it's needed. Having been selected to many elite teams and tournaments, I am now the leading scorer in both goals and assists and a Captain on my high school team. It is an extreme honor to have that position on my team, especially as a junior, and I strive to lead my team by example on and off the ice every day. During the off-season I attend a cross fit gym every day continuing to put in the hard work. I perform well in my school classes, and am always working to make smart decisions socially and as a teammate.
