My name is Noah De Guzman and I started playing hockey when I was 3 years old. I love playing hockey because of the speed and non-stop action of the game. I am a very well-rounded player and playmaker and when the time comes I can also put the puck in the net. Playing hockey has provided many opportunities for me and my family, with playing tournaments not only in the Detroit area but in New York, Philadelphia, St. Louis, Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver and Canada.
I’ve competed on teams that have been successful with winning championships, as well as, improving throughout the season. I have been able to maintain a great academic discipline while playing hockey, as well as, playing football, baseball and lacrosse in grade school. In high school I earned my varsity letter in lacrosse.
I am currently on the Meijer U16 AAA hockey team, coached by Ryan Kosecki. We play out of East Lansing, MI.
I am currently a junior at Divine Child High School in Dearborn, Michigan and continue to focus just as hard on my academics as I do on hockey, while continuing to also play varsity lacrosse for my high school.
My goal is to continue playing hockey in college and competing at the AAA level will prepare me for that. I continue to train and improve my skills every day and work on becoming a better player, athlete, team mate, family member and student. Thank you for your time and for visiting my page. I hope to talk with you soon.
