Hi my name is Koby Kebbe. Right now i am in Grade 11 at Lutheran High North in Macomb Michigan. Currently I am a goalie for the Mount Clemmens U-18 Wolves. I have been playing hockey for seven years, and it is my dream to continue playing hockey in college.
My collegiate goals are to study hard and do well in school in the the field's of history and physical education. Getting good grades is number one for me, but next in line is hockey. I would consider myself resilient, looking back on the path I took for hockey, and not starting playing till I was ten, I've always been told I'm not good enough. I've been cut from numerous teems until my freshman year. My high school varsity team gave me a shot. At the start of the season i was told i would start a max of ten games, that did not sit well with me, so i scratched and clawed my way to a starting job with nothing but hard work and dedication.
The next season i was posed with another problem. my high school team folded. so that is when I tried out for the wolves. and once again I was told I will be a back up. so I worked even harder than last season and eventually I became the starter.
I have had a lot of success in the 2014-15 season due to hard work and more importantly my team mates. we ended up winning our division. Also we were a tie away from going to states.
I believe I would be a great addition to any team. I have learned many lessons of perseverance and hard work on the ice, in the classroom, and from my hero my Dad.
