Zach Wiese '20 Recruiting Profile

I am very passionate about hockey and it has been a life long dream of mine to play hockey at the next level after High School. My hockey career started 12 years ago and I have been a goalie for the past for about 8 years. I have been the starting goalie on the Owatonna High School hockey team I was a Sophomore. I tried out for my section 1 team as a Sophomore and made the team.  After I was selected to the U16 Top 54 High Performance Program.  I am in the Breakdown Sports U.S.A. hockey magazine for Minnesota high school hockey as a junior .

I take school very seriously and I always put it first. I have a 3.42 cumulative GPA . I try to get the best grades possible and always listen during school. 

I train in the off season with my Football strength coach Jerry Eggermont . I am a leader on and off the ice and am always encouraging people to do their best. I always try my hardest whether it be in a game or in practice. Every time I step onto the ice I give it my all and do what ever it takes to get better.
