William Pinney '20 Recruiting Profile

Dear perspective coach.

My name is William Pinney and I am currently a sophomore at St. Louis Park High School in Minnesota, and will graduate the year of 2020. I am 6’1” 180lb and play for my high school varsity team in St. Louis Park. I am an athletic goaltender and will do anything I can to stop the puck. My movements are the best aspect of my game, and set me apart from my opponents. I also stay square to the puck, but if I am out of position I am quick in the crease so I can make that desperation save. Something else that sets me apart from my opponents is my work ethic. I can’t promise you that I will be the most talented player on the ice, but I can promise that I am willing to work the hardest. My dream is to one day play in the NHL. I know that goal is a difficult achievement but I have the confidence to play at the highest level. I’m not picky when it comes to schools or campuses, but I would prefer a school where I can study law and criminal justice, and would prefer a campus with a great atmosphere. I will look through every opportunity I come across.
