Blake Kieger '27 Recruiting Profile

My name is Blake Kieger and I would like to tell you a little about myself.  I have been playing hockey for as long as I can remember and I know that it is my passion, but I have played other sports along the way as well to try and keep myself open to other things that I might like doing. My goal has always been to make it to the high school State Hockey Tournament, and hopefully that will eventually happen, but 2 seasons ago, my peewee team made it to the state tournament.  It was a great feeling to have worked hard and to be able to play in that tournament showed me where hard work and being a great team can get me.  Working hard has helped me in school as well.  School hasn't always been easy for me, but I have pushed through, and keep pushing through to get good grades so I can get into college.  I would also really like the opportunity to play hockey in college as well.  Being able to do something that I love to do while making myself better in school would be really nice.  I am a very hard working person and do whatever I need to do to reach my goals, both in athletics and education.
